/ Key Account Management/ Operations: Optimizing the shoring and service mix of an outsourcing provider for a leading enterprise in the Telco industry

/ Facing constant competitive and cost pressures, it was core business of the Key Account Management to permanently provide cost efficient and convincing shoring solutions and service constructions. This included cooperation with public authorities, external partners as well as internal specialists during the setup of two new locations in Brandenburg (near Berlin, Germany) and Istanbul (Turkey). In detail selection of the site and the property, negotiations with suppliers, founding the company, staff acquisition and development, management allocation, putting the service portfolio in place and finally, assuring productivity and quality had been the most important challenges.

/ Permanent assurance of efficiency and attractiveness to the client . Responsibility for the setup of two locations and the implementation of services at these locations. Cost was cut by 25% at each site and resulted in an overall cost reduction of 15% and a sustainable increase of the productivity within the account (500 employees, 25 Mio. $ turnover).
